AKTYV Sports Ltd is the data controller for this website. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain terms.

When you use the form

If you send us your campaign, we collect your name, email address, company, the link you give us, and anything you write in the message box. We use it to reply to you, to prepare the mockup you asked for, and to talk to you about advertising on the network. Nothing else.

That information is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase in the EU (Ireland), and in our customer records system, Attio. We keep it for as long as we are in contact and for up to two years after our last exchange, then delete it.

Analytics

If you allow it, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and sends data to Google. Nothing loads until you choose Allow analytics, and you can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

What we never do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in the form.
• We do not receive any personal data about the people who see campaigns in operator apps. Campaigns are placed by operator and audience, not by naming individuals.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email phil@aktyvsports.com and we will deal with it within a month. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
